|Chef Nest

Beef korma is a creamy, mild curry that everyone in the family loves. The sauce is rich and flavorful without being too spicy.

Start by heating ghee in a pot. Fry two chopped onions until golden. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for one minute. Now add 700 grams of beef cut into pieces. Fry the beef until it turns brown on all sides.

Add one cup of yogurt to the beef and mix well. Add spices - one teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon turmeric, half teaspoon red chilli powder. Cook for two minutes.

Add one cup of water and bring to boil. Then reduce heat and cover. Let it simmer for about 45 minutes until the beef is tender.

The korma is ready when the meat is soft and the sauce is thick and creamy. Serve hot with rice or bread and enjoy this classic Pakistani dish.
